Sesame Quinoa Cake
An alternative to the Sweet Potato Veggie burger post, use quinoa as the base then add veggies as you please and use tahini as the ingredient to bind the burgers. Lightly fry or bake.
Quinoa is gluten free, has more calcium than cows milk, is stuffed full of protien, and a fantastic source of iron, phosphorus, B vitamins, vitamin E and magnesium.
